Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh - The Caledonian is home to two inspired eateries, The Pompadour by Galvin and Galvin Brasserie de Luxe, both from the renowned Michelin-starred chefs Chris and Jeff Galvin. Dine with us and taste the true excellence of Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh - The Caledonian.

In 2005 the Galvins established their reputation as a team in their own right by opening Bistrot de Luxe on London’s Baker Street. The success of the venture led to the creation of the renowned Galvin at Windows on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane, the multi award-winning 2102 La Chapelle and Galvin Demoiselle, overlooking the famous Food Hall in Harrods.

The Galvin brothers hold two Michelin stars and ten AA Rosettes and were named AA Chefs' Chef of the Year in 2011. 

The Pompadour

Situated on the entresol level of Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh - The Caledonian, The Pompadour by Galvin is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday, from 6:30pm to 10pm and for lunch on Fridays from December.
