Overview
Dining at The Caledonian, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel
The Caledonian, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, is home to two inspired eateries - The Pompadour by Galvin and Galvin Brasserie de Luxe - from the renowned Michelin-starred chefs Chris and Jeff Galvin.
In 2005 the Galvins established their reputation as a team in their own right by opening Bistrot de Luxe in London’s Baker Street. The success of the venture has led to the creation of the renowned Galvin at Windows, on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane, the multi award-winning 2102 La Chapelle, and Galvin Demoiselle, overlooking the famous Food Hall in Harrods.
The Galvin brothers hold two Michelin stars and ten AA Rosettes, and were named AA Chefs' Chef of the Year in 2011.
